Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I had the same issue. Take it back to where you bought it and haven’t give me your money back. I recommend that you look at other brands of toaster oven. Either the oven works well or it’s a disaster. Otherwise just exchange keep exchanging them until you get one that works.
