• All materials and compounds used in the manufacturing of Breville® products, including the BOV900 Smart Oven® Air Fryer Pro, are considered proprietary and may not be disclosed. All Breville® products are food safe and compliant with all applicable product safety regulations and requirements. The interior of the oven is PFOA free but not PTFE free. As well, the BOV900 does not reach temperatures over 600°F.

• PTFE is commonly known as Teflon. The racks look to be chrome plated, the basket looks like stainless steel. The inside material looks like stainless steel. The pan is porcelain coated. There is nothing non-stick in the oven that I can see.
