“I purchased the Breville smart oven air fryer model # BOV860 BSSUSC. The first one I exchanged due to a dent in the back right corner. When opening the second one there is a dent in the same spot. Is this typical?”

• We just bought ours new and it has a small dent in the back, right in the middle of the unit. We’ll be calling tomorrow and finding out about an exchange. Box was damaged when we picked up from the store so may have happened being shipped to Best Buy. They didn’t have it in stock.
