The only one I would consider "special" is the airfry basket, but you can use any pan you like under it to catch drippings. I actually ordered one of those copper air fry pans to use in this. It comes with a basket and drip pan. The pan I use now for drippings is actually the broil pan that came with the oven. No problems with using my other pans or anything flaking off. If it does, I'll just go get another. All pans wear out at some point, I guess. Hope this helps.

A:AnswerYou could spray Pam on the air fryer rack, but I imagine the heat would eventually cause a gummy oil film. We have never needed any kind of release agent with this rack because the grids are small and food releases easily. Most of the foods we air fry already have some oil in them, therefore no extra has been needed.
