• Short answer - no. Stainless steel racks. Enamel coated pan and sidewalks. Easy clean surfaces. So far have not found a problem cleaning. Recommend coating pan with cooking spray prior to use. Easy cleanup afterwards.

• Yes, there is some form of PFOA on the interior walls of the oven.

• Breville says their non stick interior coating does contain PTFE but does not contain PFOA.
