• I havent had this oven for very long, but we've this and several different toaster ovens on our Formica countertop w/ no issues at all.

• Yes....there is plenty of clearance between the unit and the countertop

• We have ours on a laminate countertop and it’s fine. The top gets hot, but underneath and the sides remain cool.

• Yes, the Breville® BOV845 Smart Oven® Pro can be used on Formica. For extra assurance, retailers do well silicone oven mats for your counter top.
