How hard is this to clean? null

Works great, must be careful when cleaning not to touch under the heating bar covers.

The interior of the Breville® BOV900 Smart Oven® Air has a non-stick coating and can be easily cleaned with warm soapy water and a gentle cloth or soft scrubber.

It's difficult to clean if you don't wipe it down after each use. The "non-stick" on the interior helps some, but stuff does stick after a while. That it's black instead of chrome helps more. I recently cleaned mine which had lots of stuck-on grease because I don't wipe it down every time. Used Krud Kutter and a hand-held steam cleaner. It's an oven, but you can't lock the door and heat it up to 900°F which is how "self-cleaning" ovens do it.
