• It is normal for condensation to occur near the screen on the Breville® BOV900 Smart Oven® Air depending on the moisture of the food being cooked and the setting being used. The baking pan that accompanies the oven can be placed on the wire rack in the rack setting below the Air Fry basket to prevent dripping.

• That is due to the condensation being burned off during high heat situations. Mine does the same thing.

• The condensation is on the door glass Putting the pan under the rack will not stop the condensation and dripping onto the counter under the oven
