Yes, the Breville® BMO870 Combi-Wave™ Microwave can cook cakes and cookies and there is information on just how to do so in the Instruction Book as well. However, the interior dimensions are 13” (W) x 9” (H) x 13” (D) and any bakeware used would need to fit within those measurements.

Yes - don't expect to make full-sized cakes or a full dozen cookies. You can make about half of what a regular oven will hold at one time. However, it bakes wonderfully!
