• I often put Texas Toast on the wire rack and use the oven to bake. It comes out crispy. I like the unit a lot.

• It would be best to use the pan for making puff pastry items in the Breville® BMO870 Combi Wave™ Microwave to ensure that the bottom of the pastry is cooked as evenly as the rest of it.
