• I found that everything that I cook takes 30% to 50% longer than recommended.

• It is generally recommended, in the instruction book, that roasts be done in the Breville® BMO870 Combi Wave™ Microwave using the Fast Combi option. Bake can be done on the oven setting as a normal convection oven. And by using the Grill function and the accompanying grill place, BBQ can be done as well.
