• The max temperature is 450 degrees. Be aware that it takes about 20 minutes to preheat to 450.

• My experience also shows about 20 minutes to preheat to 450. The preheat timer will go off after ‘just a few minutes’ but the temp probe is only at about 225 at that time.

• The Breville® BMO870 Combi Wave™ Microwave, depending on the function, can heat to 450°F. The length of time for heating to that maximum temperature is very dependent upon the ambient temperature of the room but it would not take more than a few minutes.
