• Yes, the Breville Paradice 9-Cup Food Processor has an adjustable slicing blade. There are actually 15 different thickness/depth settings on it. Change the thickness by turning the orange knob right or left.

• Yes, it has an adjustable slicer, able to slice from 0.3mm to 5.0mm thick. You simply turn the knob on the bottom of the slicer to adjust thickness.
