• The BOV860 measurements are (W) 18.5” x (D) 16” x (H) 11.25”. It requires 4" clearance left to right, and 6" from the top. You'll want at least 1" from the back to the wall to avoid melting the cord during use. It does look like your counter isn't wide enough to accommodate the oven and its required clearance.
