• A:Answer I read in a previous post from last year that Breville products in general are not PTFE free, but none of their ovens heat to 600 degrees where the PTFE could start to break down. I think that point is about 620 degrees. I bought the oven and aside from that one concern, it is incredible from a cooking perspective.
