• Yes. The Smart Oven® Air Fryer Pro is free of both PFOA and PTFE. Breville's current oven lineup has been updated to eliminate both materials while continuing to meet all applicable food safety and product safety standards. • PTFE is commonly known as Teflon. The racks look to be chrome plated, the basket looks like stainless steel. The inside material looks like stainless steel. The pan is porcelain coated. There is nothing non-stick in the oven that I can see.
