• I haven’t heard about a recall. Best Buy knows I have it as I have an extended warranty, and they haven’t notified me. Oh, and mine hasn’t exploded.

• We have owned 2 Breville ovens of this model. Both ovens were/are used almost daily that utilize a wide range of the capabilities of the oven. There have been no indication nor have we become aware or experienced the glass in the door failing in any way. Hope this help.
