Verification from the pan manufacture of the safety and viability of the use of their pans in a Toaster Oven would need to be obtained prior to using them in the Breville® BOV900 Smart Oven® Air. Lining the pans with foil can be done but care must be taken to ensure the foil does not come close to the elements.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I've used both metal pans and Pyrex baking pans, and prefer them to the ones that came with the oven. I believe in general, using foil to line the pans is not recommended for most toaster ovens as it may cause uneven cooking temperatures.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Sure. This is a regular oven (with convection). As long as it fits (13x9 max) you can use any pan you would use in any other oven. Tin foil is fine.
