• The Breville® BOV845 Smart Oven® Pro will sound an alert when the temperature reaches an appropriate one during preheating for food to then be put in the oven. This will not be the set temperature but it will be a temperature that is close so that opening the door and placing cooler food inside will not cause the temperature to drop too low to not recover quickly. However, the oven is designed to compensate for that lowered temperature.
