Is there any non-stick material inside the oven? null

Yes, the interior of the Breville® BOV845 Smart Oven® Pro has a proprietary PFOA free non-stick coating.

Some of the interior surfaces are powder coated or painted but I’m not sure if it’s really a nonstick-type material. I’ve had this oven for quite some time and it’s really not a problem keeping it clean. The bottom tray is stainless steel and slides out. I just unplug it and clean the interior with a damp, soapy dish towel.
