“The turntable stops and goes and stops and goes when the microwave is first turned on and then continues nonstopi as it should tell the microwave is turned off is that normal. It’s brand new we’ve only had it a week”

Mine does that too. Sorta like a jerking motion as it begins to turn. I think it's normal.
