Superb machine above and beyond the ordinary microwave with it's multiple functions. Heats very evenly. We have a cover with a hole in it (photo) that fits over a plate and other dishes that we use as a cover when required (Nordic Ware Microwave plate cover). We've had ours about 3 weeks- it takes a little getting used to, but once you catch on it is much "smarter" than the average microwave and more versatile. Highly recommend.
