“Can the Breville BMO 850 smooth wave microwave be installed in a cabinet?”

• As long as you follow the proper clearance. Electronics can overheat if it doesn't have enough ventilation. Mind you, under normal use I haven't had any heat surrounding it, but if cooking something for a long period of time it may get hot if not vented properly. It is by far a very nice microwave though.

• The manual recommends counter top installation with 4 inches of space on all sides and 8 inches of space above the top of the microwave.
