QuestionThe K-cup section is barely brewing anymore. Can you tell me what I can do for the water to brew faster from the top? It’s not the K-cup. I tested it with water and it doesn’t pump through like it should. Is it the pump motor or can I run vinegar through?

- Answer The manufacturer hasn't yet made a replacement yet and no replacement. The manufacturer is saying 3 to 6 months check back.
