Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.We are having the same problem, and we are trying to figure out if it’s an internet issue or what. When you go to send them from your phone, the frame you are selecting must appear black, not gray. Not sure why sometimes it appears gray when it’s connected to the internet? I live an hour away from the frame I gave as a gift, and I’ve tried sending photos all three ways. They send, but they never arrive at the frame, and I don’t know why. I’m hoping this improves.
