“I recently was unable to upload photos. I get a message that my frame has service has expired and to click here to renew. When i do that the message says currently unavailable. I have reinstalled app and rebooted frame to no avail. Any ideas????”

800 736 7948 is the number you will need to call when your PhotoShare won’t renew, took me months to find the right people. They have to have frame number and will send update directly to your frame
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I had the same problem. Called 1-800-736-7948 on Monday 6/27/22 and spoke to the nicest rep. He said they would send a fix directly to the frame and if it wasn't fixed in a week to call back. On Monday 7/4/22 my frame was working. Never expected it to be done on a holiday but it was. Great experience.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I actually got a fix about a day after they responded, but now i have the same problem on another frame. They said frame id was all they needed to send an update. I guess ill have to send in anotjer request.

They said it would take a few days to send down a fix direct to frame and call back if it wasn't fixed in a week. It doesn't sound like from these answers anyone has actually received the fix to resolve?
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Same here! I called tonight, he said I would get an email telling me what do.. asked for an ID number but only thing I had was on the back of the frame. He said that wasn’t it, so will and see what happens now.
