“I have a simply smart home photo frame but when I try to set it up is says that the frames id # isn't correct but it is and I've checked it multiple times to make sure it was right. Can this be fixed or can I use the serial # to set up?”

I am having the same issue! I am looking at the Frame ID and entering it and it keeps saying it's not correct! Anyone have any solutions?
