• Mine also has problem with the bottom tray; after I loaded the paper, it kept saying "empty" and could not feed; I had to pull it out and push it in 20-30 times before it starts working. Not sure where it got stuck.

• Printing multiple pages of previous request may be a driver issue. Please uninstall driver and reinstall Brother driver to resolve this issue.
