“Has the Brother HL L2390DW Printer been replaced by a newer model? I am looking for a monochrome (black ink only) printer for my home.”

• The HL-L2390DW is a current model on Brother's web site as of 09/29/2021. Like you I wanted a true laser printer only for durability. Liquid Ink Jets don't like infrequent use.

• The Brother HL-L2390DW printer has not been replaced by a newer model. However, the Brother HL-L2395DW is an improved version of the HL-L2390DW, both still in production.
