On this printer, it does not have faxing capabilities. Yes, it will connect to a E Machine computer and it does come with software to install for the printer. The included cartridge that comes with this printer will give you 700 pages. The cost of the toner depends on the place of purchase.

Included is: (1) Starter Toner Cartridge (yields approx. 700 pages‡) (1) DR730 Drum Unit (yields approx. 12,000 pages‡). This model does not fax.

It can connect wirelessly. It has a software disc included but I didn’t install it as I connected wirelessly. 
Comes a toner cartridge, not how many pages it prints with toner cartridges. As I have had only a short time and I don’t use for office work. It doesn’t do faxing. But its WiFi and Bluetooth adaptable.
