Printer less than a month old. Have hardly used. Printer works but scanner does not (it did) Scan Unable AF comes up. When I turn off and then on a clicking noise happens. null

I would check to make sure the paper-tray is fully-inserted and that the paper is sitting in the tray properly.
Also remove the toner assembly and reinsert until it clicks properly.

Scan Unable AF will appear on your Brother Hl-L2395DW display if there's a mechanical malfunction. Make sure all paper is removed from the scanner glass. Turn the machine off by pressing Image on the control panel until "Shutting Down" appears on the machine's display. Wait approximately 10 seconds, then power the machine back on by pressing Image.
