Same situation with company security but works perfectly with USB connection with company provided laptop.

Yes. I use windows 10 (64bit) and the operating systems loaded the drivers that I needed automatically.

The drivers are not installed on the HL-L2395. The drivers must be downloaded from the CD or from our customer support page.
