• Brother says 16 to 43 lb (60 to 163 g/m2) for the standard paper tray and 16 to 61 lb (60 to 230 g/m2) for the manual feed slot. It looks like you may be able to use 80 lb. cardstock one sheet at a time in the manual slot but not the 110 lb. This is based on searching for a conversion of paperweight lb to gsm.

• No, the Brother HL-L2395DW can not print on 80 Ib. and/or 110 lb card stock.
