• Mine did that initially and I just had to adjust the positioning of the paper in the tray... for some reason it allows the paper to be pushed all the way back in the tray but then clacks as it indeed seems to have some issue picking up the sheet of paper. I moved the stack towards the front and it stopped clacking.
