Does this printer have fax capability? null

Yes, the Brother MFCJ4335DW machine is able to send and receive faxes.

Do U have to have a land-line to fax with this printer? And why to U have to have an app to print anything, why can't it just print when U hit print?

but do you not have to have a landline phone for the fax to operate? I don't know that that is the only way to fax. And I did not realize you must have a landline phone to fax. I just read this recently. Seems that you can email as well as fax so what is the advantage of fax. Why pay for fax in a printer if you can just as well email some document or image?
