If you referring to MFC-J4335 and MFC-J4535 printers, the 3 main differences are the MFC-J4535 has a 2.7 touchscreen, it’s a double tray (it’s bigger, which holds up to 400 sheets vs 150) and has the NFC (near field communication) which simplifies printing directly from a mobile device without the need of the app.

The main difference between the Brother MFCJ4535DW and MFJC4335DW is that the Brother MFCJ4535DW comes with a higher paper capacity since this machine comes with two trays, the Brother MFCJ4535DW also supports an Ethernet connection and a bigger LCD screen.
