The vendor should have a contact number or chat option. I suggest you use either.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.If you canceled the order, they should automatically credit your card. If you didn't, then they won't know you are not picking up... I would call and cancel and request a confirmation number. Then you can call the number on the back of your card to verify a credit was done - it may take a couple of days. If you cancel, and have a confirmation number and no credit, call Best Buy and ask for Manager... they will check and 99% take care of. If not, you will have to file a dispute with credit card company - but THAT IS A LAST RESORT AND NOT EASY AND TAKES TIME... Good luck!
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.If the ink was delivered to the store, I don't think they charge your credit card until you pick up the item. In any case, just call the number on your confirmation email you should have received. Hope this helps.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I see this was asked over 2 weeks ago but just in case you don't have the answer or if someone else has this same question, here it is. You can cancel your purchase over the phone by calling 888-237-8289 within 4-5 hrs of your purchase. If Customer Service can't cancel it and it's a ship to store order you can contact the store directly to cancel the order. Another thing you can do is just don't pick it up. If you don't pick up your order within the 7 day pick up period it will be cancelled and refunded to your credit card.
