“On November it will be a year of my purchase of this printer. The problem is , keep getting the paper jam. It seems like the wheel of the feeder is not working properly. Any suggestion please. Thank you”

• Try not to overload the paper and you may want to get a air can and blow off any paper dust that could have collected on the rollers.
