Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.New out of the box today. Does not work. Blank LCD screen. Press a button, it beeps 3 times and nothing else. I did all the suggestions on the trouble shooting webpage. Nothing helped. Won't even power off and on. I have unplug to turn it off. Guess I bought a lemon! It is Saturday and the Brother Customer Service Department is closed until Monday. I hope Best Buy will take this back!
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Did you install the included software and follow the installation guide? Download it from the Brother website. It has the new driver for win 10. If you didn't install the software you won't have any luck printing.
