“I cant get my printer to except a new cartridge of blue it continues to say there is no ink when its new”

• Should work with a genuine brother cartridge. Brother keeps updating their software to prevent compatible cartridges from being recognized. Have had good results with LD brand cartridges. They will replace cartridges within a year of purchase. You just have to call them.

• I just had the same issue, I blew inside where the ink goes and it registered it. The computer chip on top of the ink cartridge is what controls the ink and the printer so sometimes it get dirty and just needs cleaned off.
