Yes it does have fax capability. Already tried it on mine.

Yes, this printer does all three standard functions: copy, print, and fax (provided you have a phone outlet) It was fairly easy to set up as wireless, but I had to use the manual function to get it set up since the disc apparently didn't work with Windows 10. (At least that is my surmise...)

Yes, but a working landline phone jack must be available. Not many people still have this.
