Yes, When printing multiple legal size docs I remove the letter sized paper from paper tray, push a button down and extend the tray. You can also feed legal size paper through an extra feeder on front of machine if you are only printing a page or two.

This printer will only print with US letter - or paper that is 8½ inches wide and 11 inches long. It will not support US legal - or paper that is 8½ inches wide and14 inches long.
