“Why would you have a printer capable of two sizes but one tray? When printing loan docs it is difficult to have to change paper sizes in the middle of loan package and creates a mixed up mess for loan docs that MUST be in a particular order.”

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Some advance thought needed before purchase. Some printers (more $$) come with two paper trays. If you have this printer already two options. First (with some cost) is to purchase a second paper tray and just swap them when needing to change paper size. Easier than removing paper and adjusting guides. Another option is to put one length of paper in the manual feed tray and the other length in the regular tray. If you have a multipage document that requires a mix of paper sizes you are talking about a very expensive printer to alternate papers sizes within the print cycle.
