“I am pretty happy with it other than the noise it has when I print. It is so much louder than the MFC-L2540 I have. I want to know whether it is normal before I decide whether to return.”

Now that you mention it, I guess it is louder than our last printer; however that is the only downside. I am happy with the purchase.
