Research what sublimation is. No, you can only press on high count polyester. The only way you could press on cotton is if you ironed it on vinyl first

No. This is a sublimation printer. For high count polyester only. The only way you can print on cotton is to sublimate on vinyl and then put the vinyl on the shirt. You tube has great videos on this
