Is there different size paper tray? My copy paper size is 8x11 inches, and it does not fit the paper tray, it overlaps the tray. However, it does print THOUGH IT KEEPS PAPER JAM AND IT WASTED ALOT OF MY COPY PAPERS. null

The paper tray allows the user to adjust the tray size to fit perfectly with the media being used. No problems!

No, a optional paper tray is not available for MFC-J497DW. The manual feed slot maximum input ADF 8.5"/14" and minimum input ADF 5.8"/5.8".

I print 300 8.5x11 pages a month and there is room to spare in the tray. Maybe your paper size is larger
