Hi Jamie, these bulbs are not recommended to be used outdoors, even in mild weather. So I can't recommend these bulbs for that purpose. I don't know of any smart bulb intended for heavy duty use like winter weather, you may want to look into motion sensing outdoor bulbs, as there are plenty of options in that department.
