Yes, you need to "enable" the skill "C by GE" either by searching on the Alexa App or when you're logged into your Amazon Acct on a computer. Good luck!

Hi there! Our Smart Lights are compatible with Alexa. Since they are Bluetooth-enabled, they do require a Bridge device to connect to Wifi and to Alexa. Our Smart Bridge devices include any of our Smart Switches, our Smart Plug, or our C-Reach Smart Bridge. No, they don't work with Alexa. Just through the GE app.
