There are a few workarounds that could be done in order to connect your bulbs successfully including restarting the router then initiating the bulb set up as soon as the router comes up so it will connect to the 2.4 network before the 5g is established. If you have a dual band router, you can contact your ISP to separate the mesh network or access the router firmware to disable 5g. Please contact us directly for more information!
