• Bypass the Caavo and hook the Bose solo directly to the televisions arc connection and use the Caavo on a different HDMI input or use the optical port if your TV has one

• When going through setup of your TV and AVR/Soundbar you need to make sure you select that you have a Soundbar connected to TV that is not connected via HDMI. It should then prompt you to select the model of your Soundbar and then test the IR codes for the device. We are more than happy to help get things working.
